Statement and Bio
I am attracted to vast, open spaces and the meeting of land, sea and sky. My paintings are a distillation of the natural world into its basic elements of land, water and atmosphere. I feel my work is peaceful and meditative. It is my hope that these paintings invite the viewer in, where the eye is allowed to rest on the horizon and the mind is allowed to wander.
